Osama’s Driver Freed In Latest Guantanamo Release

Ibrahim al-Qosi was released and sent home this week. Now, 168 detainees remain, down from a high of 680 in May 2003. It’s part of the Obama administration’s quiet effort to reduce numbers at the prison.
